Supporting an internal employee satisfaction program

Our client is a leading agricultural innovator, with the core of their business surrounding trials of new techniques and chemicals to protect and aid crop growth. They approached us after conducting an employee satisfaction and engagement satisfaction; while they had a great deal of data, they were unsure of how to extract insights and guide direction.

We analysed the results, deploying a mix of qualitative and quantitative techniques, thematic analysis, and regressions.

The subsequent report provided an independent, third-party view and evaluation of employee feedback. Advanced analysis was able to identify that metrics that mattered to influence satisfaction, helping to prioritise initiatives to improve employee engagement.
